Printed using rich toner based technology on a selection of paper stocks usually reserved for high end applications; these are not your average envelopes. Perfect for event invitations, weddings, save the dates, thank you cards, or direct mail campaigns. Printed on 120 - 110gsm paper stock, slightly thicker than regular copy paper (standard for most envelopes).

Paper Stock
The type of paper we will use for all copies of this item. We've selected the most popular premium options for reliable and impressive results every time. All are about 110 - 120gsm. See our

Print
We can print one side, both sides, or supply envelopes completely blank. Keep in mind you must stick to our design guidelines when printing on either side. On the front side, art must remain at least 8mm away from all edges. On the back side, art must remain centred within one of two very specific zones (on the flap, or the area directly below the flap).
Quantity
The total number of envelopes you'd like. We include a couple of extra blank envelopes as standard, however if you need a specific amount of blanks, please ensure you account for these in your total quantity count and in your supplied print ready PDF if you'd like the "blanks" to be printed with any common art.
Printed Proofs
We highly recommend this option to everybody - think of it as insurance against errors in the finished product. It's the only way you'll get the chance to make changes to the original file you submit with your order. See our Printed Proofs page for more info.
Variable Data
Add custom artwork / text to each envelope, such as recipient names / addresses. This is included in the price as long as you supply your own print ready PDF with Variable Data.
You can have common artwork on envelopes also, such as a logo, monogram, or "postage paid" icon. Usually you would put the recipient address on the front as Variable Data, along with a logo and postage box as common art. On the back, you'd have the senders return details as common art. You cannot have Variable Data on both sides.
We have a comprehensive guide which will walk you thorough creating a print ready PDF with Variable Data using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel. Our hourly design rate is $130/hr - expect any request to take a minimum of 0.5 - 1hrs.
Turnaround
How quickly do you need this item completed? Standard is 5 business days. Orders must be placed before 4pm on business days, and pick-up / dispatch is after 4pm on business days. For example: You order before 4pm Monday with a 3 business day turnaround, submit correct artwork, choose pick-up and no printed proofs; your order will be ready for pick-up that Thursday after 4pm. Remember shipping adds transit time (add 1-2 business days), and printed proofs take an additional 1-2 business days. See our Turnaround page for more info.
File Upload
The final, finished, 100% ready-to-go file we'll use to print this item. We require a PDF file with no bleed, and no trim/crop marks. 100mb max. Make sure you read our Artwork Setup page carefully. If you have Variable Data, and you want some envelopes left blank or with common art only (to handwrite recipient info for example), then please include the relevant pages in your PDF.
