Turnaround

We offer different turnaround times on products; our standard is 5 business days. Some products can be completed by 4pm the next business day. You can select this on each individual product page. The faster you need it, the higher the cost.
Shipping will also add transit time. Select "Pick Up" when checking out to avoid this.
Printed Proofs will also add to your turnaround time. Allow for 1-2 business days extra if you want to proof your artwork.
All orders are processed at 4pm (see Cut Off Times below for more info).
Artwork changes will make things take longer. Submit your files only once they are final, and after thoroughly checking our Artwork Setup guidelines.

Cut Off Times

All orders are processed daily at 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm Friday and any time over the weekend will be processed at 4pm the following Monday. Make sure you have your order placed well before 4pm just in case we require you to make changes to your artwork.

If you miss the 4pm cut off, your turnaround time will be delayed by at least an extra 24hrs from when it should have been completed had you gotten it in on time.

Printed Proofs

We highly recommend this option to everybody - think of it as insurance against errors in the finished product.

Printed Proofs add turnaround time to your order - exactly how much time depends on you. Proofs fit in to the production/order process as follows:

You place your order, and select Yes to Printed Proofs (this option will appear on the product page.
We print 1 set of proofs based on the files you submitted during step #1. We will have this set of proofs ready for pick up or express shipping at 4pm two (2) business days after you placed your order. Sometimes we can have them ready sooner. Express shipping usually takes one (1) extra business day, sometimes two. You can pick your proofs up instead of having them shipped to save time and cost.
Once you have received and checked over your proofs, you must get in contact with us to confirm that we can proceed with production of your full order. If there are errors in the proof, this is when you can re-submit your file.
Once we receive confirmation from you, then the turnaround countdown begins.

Fastest Possible Turnaround

The fastest way to get your job is to select the fastest available turnaround on each product you want completed quickly, and then select "Pick Up" as the shipping method when checking out. You also need to make sure you place you order well before 4pm Mon-Fri, and submit your files correctly (don't select "Printed Proofs" - they take additional time). If you follow this process, your items will be ready for pick up at our Alexandria office by 4pm, x-number of business days later, depending on which turnaround you chose for each item.

Shipping Transit Times

Shipping your order adds transit time, and is all but out of our hands once your order has been picked up by Australia Post. To avoid all of this, select "Pick Up" when checking out and come in to collect your order yourself. Below is a guide on typical transit times for our shipping options.

Pick Up: Ready for collection at 4pm x-number of business days later, depending on which turnaround you chose for each item.

Express Shipping: Adds 1 business day on to the applicable turnaround time. This can sometimes drag out to 2 business days depending on the time of year and your shipping address.

For example, if you place an order at 1pm Monday with a "Next Business Day" turnaround and Express Shipping, you should expect to receive it some time that Wednesday, or Thursday worst case.
