Shipping

We ship via Australia Post. You're also welcome to come in and pick your order up from our office. Picking up allows you to get your order faster.

If you can't pick up, keep in mind that shipping adds transit time to your order. The amount of time it should take to get your order is your chosen turnaround time (5 business days unless you've added "Rush Upgrades" to your cart), plus shipping transit time.  Shipping options are given at checkout.

Shipping Transit Times

As we mentioned, shipping your order adds transit time. To avoid this, select "Pick Up" when checking out and come in to collect your order yourself. Below is a guide on typical transit times for our shipping options.

• Pick Up: Ready for collection at 4pm either 5 business days (Standard) or 2 business days (Rush Upgrade) from placing your order.
• Express Shipping: Adds 1 business day on to the applicable turnaround time. This can sometimes drag out to 2 business days depending on the time of year and your shipping address.

For example, if you place an order before 4pm Monday with a Rush Upgrade and Express Shipping, you should expect to receive it some time that Thursday, or Friday worst case.

Tracking

If you choose Express Shipping, we will provide Australia Post tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
